It’s always a good choice to open up to someone rather than suffering in silence and loneliness. Someone who can encourage you to talk your mind out; someone who can give you full attention and listen all the shit you say, someone who is caring, respectful, and non judgmental.
If you need to unload and are looking for someone to unburden yourself, please do! Don’t be afraid to reveal someone about your flaws, weaknesses, and insecurities. Don’t stifle or ignore the pain you’re struggling with.
Worrying won’t stop bad things from happening. Make the effort not to isolate yourself and go to places where you make interaction with people. Find a counsellor who you can open up and help you remove the pain. And you need to stop comparing yourself to everyone you meet and start to believe in your own cheerleader.
You may feel utterly helpless and abandoned by the world, and very few people can understand about your complicated life. Believe me! There is always someone out there who is willing to offer his or her ear for you.
We all fail, I repeat, We all FAIL! it’s just a normal part of life. What matters is you’re learning your lessons and you’re improving over time.
